How Referrals Work

Gauge Interest
Before sending a referral, have a brief conversation with the property owner to confirm they’re open to short-term rental management. Gauge their interest level and ensure they’re comfortable with us reaching out.

Submit the Referral
Send us an email at info@soreya.ca with:

  • The property owner's full name and contact information

  • The address of the property

  • A short summary of your conversation (e.g. their goals, concerns, timing, property type)

We Take It From There
We’ll reach out to the owner directly, answer their questions, and guide them through onboarding. Once they sign, we schedule photography, optimize the listing, and prepare the property for launch.

You Get Paid
Once the property has been live for 30 days and available for bookings, we’ll issue your $100 referral commission.


There’s no limit to how many referrals you can make and if your client owns multiple properties, you’ll be paid for each one individually.
