The fine print, upfront

$250 one-time onboarding

Covers your listing build and full setup. Professional photography is billed separately at cost, with a written quote you approve before anything is booked.

You're only charged after check-in

Our fee applies after guest check-in. A cancelled booking that never checks in is never charged.

No long-term contract

No fixed term — 30 days' notice either way, and no exit fees. Bookings already on the calendar are honoured.

Your listings stay yours

If you ever leave, you keep your listings, reviews, photos, and guest history wherever the platforms allow. We don't hold your track record hostage.
