$250 Flat, All-Inclusive

Charged whenever we place a new tenant. Includes:

  • Marketing and property showings

  • Comprehensive tenant screening (rental application, credit check, income verification, reference checks, and a background check)

  • Lease preparation and move-in coordination

If your property already has a tenant in place when we begin management, the placement fee does not apply until the next tenancy.

Tenant Placement Fee

To welcome our first long-term rental clients, we’re offering 25% off management fees for your entire first year. This discount applies to both your monthly management fee and the tenant placement fee.
