Airbnb pays you directly, the day after check-in. Payments from Vrbo, Booking.com, Expedia, Hopper, Whimstay and direct bookings come to us and are held for you. Your statement arrives on or before the 10th of each month. If we collected more than our fee, we pay you the balance by direct deposit by the 10th. Yes, 1 or 2 nights, depending on what works for you and your cleaner. A common setup is a 2-night minimum, with a single open night between two bookings opened to 1-night stays. If your cleaner cannot turn the home around on checkout day, we can block the following night.

Bookings on our other channels that check in after you leave still go ahead, and our fee applies to them. We then disconnect our system from your Airbnb account, and you keep your reviews, ratings and account history.
