We build your listing from scratch: professionally written, optimized for search, and published across Airbnb, Vrbo, Booking.com, and more. We promote qualified rentals on channels owners can't self-list, including Google Vacation Rentals, Expedia, and Hopper.
Dynamic pricing with human judgment
Your nightly rates adjust continuously to demand, seasonality, and local events, and a human reviews the strategy rather than leaving it to an algorithm. You can set a minimum nightly rate at any time, so your floor is always your call.
Every guest message, handled
From first inquiry to post-stay review, guests deal with Soreya, not you. Anything bookable we resolve directly; anything physical we coordinate with your Local Contact, so nothing lands in your inbox at 2am.
Payments, payouts & transparent statements
We process guest payments and send you a monthly itemized statement showing every dollar. Your cleaning fee passes through to you in full — our fee applies to rent only, and only after guests check in.
Compliance, filed for you
We complete your NLTOP tourist accommodation registration with you and file your monthly occupancy reports as part of the service, at no extra cost. It's a piece of paperwork most owners dread, and one no national remote manager offers here.
100% remote onboarding
Intro call, agreement, a detailed house information form, photos, listing, live. Your guest guide is generated from your house details and delivered to guests automatically, with a QR card mailed for the fridge. No site visit needed anywhere in the chain.

The Local Contact system
Every Flex property has a designated Local Contact — someone nearby you choose and trust, often your cleaner — plus a backup. Guests reach Soreya for anything bookable and your Local Contact handles anything physical, with every request routed through us so you're never the middleman.
It's the same structure the largest remote managers in North America use to run tens of thousands of properties. The difference here: a local team coordinating it, and a named person who answers.
